Site configurable Async Publish Webhooks
A new SAAS-configurable framework with an API and hot management capabilities allows administrators to set up pipelines to handle changes in content, including adding new content, updating existing content, unpublishing content, managing embargoed visible content, and making content invisible using an embargo. It also provides write-back capabilities to store a small JSON object in Cobalt, as the webhook is defined as a property for write-back storage.
